Blueberry Stay Tokyo Ojima has been designed to make sharing a home easy and comfortable, whether you’re travelling with family or friends. From quiet bedrooms upstairs to a living room that transforms at night, every space has a role to play.
Upstairs – two bedrooms
Space to sleep, relax and recharge.
Upstairs you’ll find two bright bedrooms that can be separated for privacy or opened up to create a more connected space.
The larger bedroom features two double beds and can also accommodate two Japanese futons, making it especially comfortable for families and larger groups. It also opens onto a small terrace — a little corner from which to look out over everyday Tokyo.
The second bedroom features a double bed and wardrobe, offering a quieter, more private sleeping space.
Downstairs – Living & sleeping
A living room by day. An extra sleeping space by night.
During the day, it’s a comfortable place to relax, chat or plan your next day in Tokyo. At night, the sofa converts into a double bed with a memory-foam topper, creating a third sleeping area with its own storage space.
High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated work corner also make it easy to stay connected whenever you need to.

No breakfast times. No restaurant reservations required. Your kitchen is ready whenever you are.
Fully equipped for everyday living, it includes a stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine, along with cookware, tableware, cutlery and — of course — chopsticks.
